1/6/2010
The Houston personal injury lawyers at Fitts Zehl recovered a jury verdict on behalf of a client who was injured in a car accident after he waited over 3 years to have a surgery that was required because of the accident. The defendant argued that the plaintiff was not injured in the accident, was at fault for driving straight in a center turn lane, and that the plaintiff had another accident that required a neck and back surgery after the car accident and before trial.
The defendant did not offer any money to the plaintiff before trial. Ryan Zehl took the case to trial on January 4, 2009, where he recovered over $60,000 for his client.
